Why a Commercial Park Pass is Required

Commercial Park Passes help support the maintenance, operation, and preservation of our parks. Businesses utilizing these spaces contribute to increased use of facilities and natural resources, and pass fees help ensure these areas remain safe, clean, and accessible for everyone.

Operating Without a Pass

Businesses operating without a valid Commercial Park Pass may:

  • Receive a warning
  • Be asked to leave the park until a pass is obtained and properly displayed

Repeat violations may result in loss of park access for up to one year.
